Very convenient to stop at while waiting at outpatient surgery. Great crumble cake. Other pastries were a bit old. 30 min time limit for sitting in the dining area. Was clean and empty when I was there,

This café isn't fancy, but you can find sandwiches, drinks, and a small hot buffet, right by the doctor's offices next door. Service is friendly, and there's lots of good table seating inside. Free parking is right outside.

The Rueben sandwich Is delicious, the blt with home fries is good and their overall food is tasty.

I know this sounds crazy because it is a little unassuming convenient store inside the Inova building, but they literally have the best breakfast in all of NOVA. I get the cheese omelet with seasoned potatoes and toast, and it is soooo good. There is a thin layer of egg with tons of filling. The potatoes are amazing, and even the toast tastes amazing. I never bother with toast/bread anywhere. The pancakes are huge and fluffy, but most importantly delicious! It is run by Mr. And Mrs. Lee. They are super sweet, and get to know their customers. The lunch/dinner entrees are amazing as well. I have had their baked ziti, vegetables, stuffed peppers, steak and cheese, and many other sandwiches. Everything is delicious, and I am picky with food. They also have the thick seasoned fries which are delicious. I stop in everytime I have an appt. My daughter always makes me bring her breakfast back, because she loves it so much, and she doesn't like breakfast food much. Their prices are shockingly low. For the omelet platter, which is a ton of food, they charge around $5.99. They only charge $4.99 for the ginormous pancakes and a meat. I would happily pay upwards of $15. The food is so much better than Ihop, Bob and Ediths, and the other breakfast places around. I see this building definitely has some Karens that are haters with unreasonable expectations.

Wish they had the hot bar ready (it's 9 am!) but they didn't so I had to order an Omelette. It's fine. Place is clean, they are polite.
